Services We Provide

Content Vista creates content for clients in the form of website content, articles, blogs, profiles, social media content, content for advertising, brochures, product descriptions, product reviews, press releases, email content, newsletters, direct marketing materials and any other form as directed by our clients.

We assure that the content we provide to clients is 100% original and checked for plagiarism. Exceptions may include certain content written for legal and technical purposes that require the exact usage of certain words or phrases. In such cases, Content Vista shall inform the client before final submission.

Client Requirements

While taking up an order, Content Vista asks for complete information about the service(s) required or special requirements (if any). Before starting an order / project, our executive shall contact the client and go through a detailed service brief.

If a client feels instructions have not been complied with, we will rework and revise the content within reason. However, if we believe a client is being unreasonable, changing their stance repeatedly, or misusing our revision policy, we reserve the right to refuse the revision(s) and discontinue the business relationship without notice. No refund shall be made for any amount already paid.

English Language Format

It is the client's responsibility to inform us about the preferred format of English. If the client does not specify, the content will be delivered in British English format.

Order / Project Cancellations

An order once placed can only be canceled if no work has been started. No fully completed order can be cancelled, and the client will have to pay the full agreed amount. If a client wishes to cancel a partially completed order, the client will be responsible for payment based on the percentage of the project completed.

Copyright

Content Vista holds copyright over content produced until full payment is received from the client. After receipt of full payment, the copyright is legally transferred to the client. This transfer is implied and no separate contract is required.

If a client does not make full payment, the copyright for the delivered content remains with Content Vista Services. Unauthorized use of unpaid content (online or offline) shall be treated as a breach of copyright and appropriate legal action may be taken.

Submission and Review

Completed content will be submitted to the client for review. The client can request revisions within seven (7) business days (excluding the submission day). If no revision is requested within this period, the client is considered satisfied. Revisions requested after the 7-day review period will incur additional charges.

Revision Policy

A revision is defined as minor adjustments to content — correcting grammatical errors, changing structure, etc. We are not obligated to rewrite content unless a major error was made on our part.

Content Vista allows unlimited revisions within reason. If we believe a client is misusing or exploiting our revision policy, we reserve the right to refuse the revision(s) and discontinue the business relationship without notice.

Content Prices

Content Vista reserves the right to revise prices of its services at any time. However, an order placed at a particular price will be fulfilled at that price. Each order is considered a separate transaction and clients can choose to continue or discontinue at revised prices at their own discretion.

Payment and Refund Terms

• We work with 100% advance payment for all orders / projects (exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis)
• As a policy, Content Vista does not provide refunds due to the time invested in completing a client's order
• Revision requests must be made within 7 business days from submission
• If no response is received within 7 days, the client is considered satisfied
• Any refund request shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Content Vista's discretion

Protection of Confidential Information

We understand that you may provide us confidential information (personal or business) to help us complete your order. We assure that we will protect the said confidential information to the best of our ability.

To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have appropriate physical and electronic procedures in place. We will never disclose your confidential information intentionally, but Content Vista will not be responsible for any breach by employees (present or former) acting independently, or by any person outside our control.
