As a Business Development Intern, you will work on live client acquisition initiatives, contribute to real revenue-generating systems, and learn how modern B2B growth pipelines are designed — from first conversation to long-term partnership.

Your Growth Path
Phase 1 – Assist & Understand
✔ Support discovery and client research processes
✔ Assist in preparing growth summaries and supporting materials
✔ Conduct structured prospect and market research
✔ Contribute to CRM tracking and pipeline management
✔ Observe solution structuring and consultative discussions
Phase 2 – Build Under Supervision
✔ Assist in building personalized growth roadmaps for prospects
✔ Contribute to proposal and solution structuring
✔ Support diagnostic conversations and information gathering
✔ Help refine outreach and follow-up strategies
✔ Participate in nurturing workflows and pipeline progression
Phase 3 – Own Smaller Growth Initiatives
✔ Manage selected outreach campaigns independently
✔ Create structured growth outlines for smaller prospects
✔ Present proposals with guidance
✔ Drive follow-ups and move leads through defined stages
✔ Take ownership of selected accounts from conversation to closure
