Your Growth Path
Phase 1 – Content Foundations
✔ Assist in blog and social media content creation
✔ Support content calendars and posting schedules
✔ Learn caption structuring and hook writing
✔ Understand brand tone and voice
✔ Assist in basic community engagement
Phase 2 – Campaign & Distribution Thinking
✔ Plan and support content campaigns
✔ Assist in influencer and collaboration outreach
✔ Contribute to engagement strategies
✔ Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, CTR)
✔ Support webinar and funnel-based content initiatives
✔ Participate in cross-platform distribution planning
Phase 3 – Strategic Brand Contribution
✔ Assist in brand positioning discussions
✔ Contribute to ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) refinement
✔ Support value proposition articulation through content
✔ Conduct competitor content audits
✔ Participate in GTM-aligned content strategy discussions
✔ Use AI to accelerate ideation and improve content workflows
What You’ll Work On & Learn
All work is for real brands and live campaigns. Scope of involvement will depend on project priorities and performance progression.
• Social media content creation (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Blog and SEO-aligned content
• Community engagement and response management
• Influencer and partnership coordination
• Campaign ideation and execution
• Performance tracking and reporting
• AI-assisted content structuring and research
