Your Growth Path
Phase 1 – Foundations & System Understanding
✔ Manage and optimize WordPress-based websites
✔ Build pages using modern AI-assisted platforms
✔ Understand funnel architecture
✔ Assist in CRM integration with forms and landing pages
✔ Troubleshoot basic tech issues across tools
Phase 2 – Automation & Integration
✔ Build marketing automation workflows
Integrate tools using platforms like Zapier or n8n
✔ Connect CRM systems with funnels and email platforms
✔ Support lead scoring and data tracking systems
✔ Assist in implementing AI-assisted workflow solutions
Phase 3 – AI Systems & Growth Infrastructure
✔ Help design AI-powered funnel components
✔ Assist in building simple AI agents for marketing tasks
✔ Improve automation efficiency across campaigns
✔ Optimize conversion tracking infrastructure
✔ Contribute to scalable Martech stack decisions
What You’ll Work On & Learn
All work is for ongoing client projects. Scope of involvement will depend on project priorities and performance progression.
You will work at the intersection of:

You won’t spend your time writing traditional backend systems and code.
