Content Vista is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across client accounts. This role is for someone who understands paid media platforms, campaign structures, audience targeting, budget management, creative testing, reporting, and performance improvement.
This is not just an ad setup role. We are looking for someone who can think in terms of leads, conversions, CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel quality, and actual client outcomes — and who can independently manage campaigns, track results, identify performance gaps, and suggest improvements.

You will run paid ads for our B2B and B2C clients on Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn, and own the results: leads, sales and cost per lead.
You will help run paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google for our B2B and B2C clients.
You will be the senior point of contact for our clients, and the person who checks every piece of work before it reaches them.
You will lead SEO, content and outbound (cold email and LinkedIn) for our B2B and B2C clients in India, the UK, the UAE and the US.
You will lead social media for our B2B and B2C clients: plan each month's content, direct the creative, lead our social media and design team, and make sure every post that goes out is on-brand, on time and working.
You will be the main point of contact for a small group of 3 to 5 client accounts.
